Beth has been a realtor since 1992. She was named Rookie of the year in her first year and has received the International Presidents Circle Award. She is now one of the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents in Tampa, Florida and has closed over $50 million in sales.

Personal Background:

Beth was born and raised in Sewicky, Pa ,a suburb of Pittsburgh.  She attended the University of Tampa.  Beth is active in many local charities and the Humane Society.  Beth has lived in Tampa for over 30 years and has vast knowledge of its great communities and recreation areas including golf courses and tennis courts.
